Welcome guys to this new blog!
It's called Cry out!
Because I'd like all you handsome guys of God out there to realise and understand it is perfectly fine to break down and cry out sometimes. We cannot flee from our feelings therefore we must deal with them, not cope, but deal with them.
The Bible claims no body is perfect obviously except God. His perfect being is nothing in which we could ever compare ourselves too.
Yes he created us in his image but not as clones or copies of him.
We need to realise that we can try our best to be strong but because we are only human, our smile fades, our armour squeaks and we just need to be comforted by someone or something.
We are dependant beings, we depend on others a lot more that we think, for example I personally depend my loving boyfriend a lot more than I should but it's comfortable, and we don't like to be in a situation which gives us butterfly's in our stomach.
We like to stay with what we know and where we know, when the truth is, sometimes we will be faced with change and difference from our norm and reality. We need to embrace it with open eyes, and heads filled with positive thoughts, "god will be surrounded around me all the time" comfort yourself with the Bible and the words of god.
Speak words of The Lord over your life, he will not disappoint you in the slightest, he cares about you dearly and sacrificed his only son just so you can live freely.
So the next time your feeling low, depressed, feeling stress from family, friends, education, work environment etc just read the next few scriptures and remember you are loved so dearly and god cares about you and he wants you to grow and have a full relationship with him with prayer and praise in the middle.
1 Corinthians 19:13
No temptation has overtaken you that us not common to man. God is FAITHFUL, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ABILITY, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.
Philippians 4:13
I can do ALL things through him who strengthens me.
Ephesians 6:11-20
Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints, and also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains, that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak.
Psalms 57:2
I cry out to God most high, to God who will fulfil his purpose for me.
The Word of God assures us that he is there, he's always at our side and he hears our cries and reaches and responds to us.
Don't be afraid to CRY OUT to The Lord Jesus Your saviour!
When you have a good cry and a breakdown just remember you are only human and you are not perfect.
Thanks for reading, I hope this has impacted at least one guy of god!
